Short fiction that explores human psychology and 'what ifs'. Quirky characters and complex stories about human behaviour.

Hi, I'm Jamie.
I'm a husband, a dad to two incredible kids, and a writer who turns the hard bits of life into stories that help people feel less alone.I've been writing for as long as I can remember. I've worked manual labour, studied sociology and community services, and spent time alongside people doing it tough.I've had a lot of jobs and met a lot of people - and that means I can relate to most peopleI've navigated mental health challenges and walked the long road to sobriety - and I'm still figuring things out, one essay at a time.My writing doesn't come with neat endings or easy answers. I write about fatherhood, marriage, recovery, and the grey areas most people don't talk about. It's honest, raw, and entirely me.Thanks for reading.
